Some items are made to order and can take 2 to 6 weeks for delivery.Bellhop Station does not ship overseas. We can ship your order to any U.S. destination, but you must have your own freight forwarder to ship your items across the border. You will be responsible for freight, customs duties and any local taxes or other fees that may apply. ReturnsNo returns or exchanges on custom orders. All returns must be processed within 30 days of delivery date. The customer is responsible for return shipping on items being returned and a restocking fee of 20% or $50.00, whichever is greater. After 30 days, we will exchange or repair any defective products that are still under warranty.WarrantyProducts will be repaired or replaced in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty.
